I’m Eddie Figueroa, an ISSA-certified fitness coach with a foundation built on discipline, structure, and consistency.
My approach is simple — results come from execution, not guessing. Through ISSA training in sports nutrition, strength & conditioning, and bodybuilding, I’ve built a system that combines training, nutrition, and accountability into one clear plan.

Results depend on your starting point, consistency, and adherence. Most clients see visible changes within 4–8 weeks. The work isn't a shortcut — but when you execute the plan, results are inevitable.
Don't try to make up missed sessions by doubling up — that's how injuries happen. Message me, skip it, get back on track the next day. The system is built to absorb a missed day.
Depends on your program. Some plans are gym-based, others home-friendly. Tell me what equipment you have during onboarding and your program is built around it.
Tell me in advance and we'll modify training and nutrition to fit. The plan flexes for travel, weddings, work crunches — the only thing that doesn't flex is silence. Communicate.
You log meals daily in MyFitnessPal against custom calorie and macro targets. I review the data on weekly check-ins and adjust as your body changes. Honest logging is the lever — guesses produce guesses.
Plateaus are part of every transformation. Your weekly check-in data tells me when one's coming and where to adjust — calories, training stimulus, recovery, or all three. Plateaus break with the right input, not with effort alone.
Every Saturday you submit progress photos (front, side, back), a full daily weight log, training notes, and how the week felt — energy, sleep, stress on a 1–10 scale. I review and the program update lands Sunday.
